  • Manage all Finance & Business Operations functions for a $200M division within the Intelligence Group (IG) in Chantilly, VA.
  • Proposal development/cost strategy, annual budget planning, monthly P&L and overhead analysis, working capital/cash flow projections, revenue recognition
  • Responsible for all aspects of employee management including recruitment, training, establishing work assignments, and other personnel actions for the F&BO staff


  • BS with a minimum of 10 years' experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in providing expert analysis, advice and recommendations to executive directors and senior managers within a similar environment
  • Risk and opportunity identification and mitigation/capture
  • Demonstrated understanding of business principles and practices
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant Business Operations-related accounting principles, practices and standards
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction with the ability to deal with internal and external clients and users in high pressure situations.
  • Proven success in new program start-up or significant growth of an existing business operation
  • Demonstrated capacity to plan, lead, train and manage an organization
  • Experience with change management principles, practices and strategy
  • Familiarity/experience with CP, FP, FP/LOE, incentive fee, award fee, T&M structured contracts
  • Demonstration of a “can-do” attitude and adaptability to a dynamic environment
  • Experience building and/or evaluating business case
  • Must possess a TS/SCI level clearance
