Role Specifics:

1)    Planning and Reporting:

  • ·         Work with cross functional stakeholders to develop platform specific financials (P&L’s and partnership value tracking)
  • ·         Partner with Finance/Accounting to ensure key platform specific agreement terms/inputs are accurately planned and realized for Corporate Forecast and Quarter End Close
  • ·         Develop and maintain platform Dashboard/Reporting packages that provide key data trends and insights (e.g. HW projections, Games Sales, User Base Stats, KPI tracking, etc.) and assist Sr. Director of Platform Partnerships with regular business updates to ATVI leadership teams


2)    Partnership Execution and Governance

  • ·         Drive alignment with internal stakeholders and external platform partners via regular check-ins/milestones to help ensure joint priorities are tracked and met.  Help drive agenda items, capture major takeaways and work with all stakeholders to monitor progress/achievement of next steps
  • ·         Track, analyze and communicate key partnership metrics (KPI’s) to highlight key learnings and trends across the business


3)    Project Management:

  • ·         Act as chief custodian of platform agreements and maintain global repository of all terms and agreements with platform holders
  • ·         Maintain tools/databases to track platform level KPI’s and work with data warehouse teams to create automated reports to be shared with stakeholders
  • ·         Other Ad-hoc projects as needed


Player Profile

  • ·         Minimum 3-5 years in Finance
  • ·         Strong financial analysis skills and experience in building and analyzing P+L reports  and ability to understand complex commercial terms
  • ·         Ability to work and engage cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external senior level partners – excellent communication skills both written and verbal and great interpersonal skills both over the phone and face to face
  • ·         Strong team player with “can do attitude” who can thrive under the pressure of meeting tight deadlines while handling multiple business priorities simultaneously
  • ·         Excellent business and financial acumen and ability to work with large data sets
  • ·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • ·         Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • ·         Gaming enthusiast and/or gamer is a plus
  • ·         Video game industry or New Media experience highly desirable
