AS A FINANCE MANAGER - OPERATIONS, YOU WILL..

  • Provide accurate financial analysis and reporting to meet the monthly management / financialreporting requirements;
  • Prepare monthly budget variance analysis and forecast updates;
  • Help measure and analyze various aspects of Company's operations including supply chain management, computers and student materials fulfilment, and purchasing;
  • Work with Finance, Accounting and Operations teams to gather, summarize and analyze data;
  • Prepare monthly financial reviews and communicates results to Finance and Operations Management;
  • Build, update and maintain forecasting models for several segments of Operations;
  • Prepare presentations for Senior Management to help drive decision making and profitability;
  • Supports business case development;
  • Document key financial processes, identify and help implement process improvements;
  • Prepare ad hoc financial and business analyses / reporting.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in Finance / Accounting function or related business field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (particularly Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience in FP&A or operations
  • Experience using Hyperion Essbase or TM1
