We are currently searching for a Finance Manager, Operations to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ, Hollywood, CA, or Corona, CA.

Operations leads the aggregation of the Supply Chain financials as well as Other Cost of Sales (OCOS) and Capital. In addition, this role partners with our In-Ear-Monitor product line to influence and support its manufacturing growth plans. As a leader within the Operations Finance Team, reporting to the Director of Finance Operations, this is a highly analytical problem solver who comfortably engages all levels of the business to influence business direction, cost reduction, and drive process improvements.

About the Job:

  • Lead the analytical forecasting and reporting for the company’s supply chain and OCOS financials
  • Interact with other operations finance team members to consolidate the global supply chain and OCOS pictures for accuracy and understanding up to the CFO and Senior Vice President of Operations
  • Partner and communicate with supply chain operations regularly for two-way transfer of information
  • Partner with corporate consolidations for financial reporting
  • Drive advancements in our understanding of spending drivers and process efficiency
  • Be the finance point of contact for Fender’s In-Ear-Monitor manufacturing
  • Partner with the Fender’s In-Ear-Monitor product line management & finance teams to optimize production costs
  • Establish manufacturing budget and subsequent monitoring/reporting
  • Perform ROI (Return on Investment) analyses on cost reduction initiatives
  • Create and influence capital expenditure forecasts and reporting
  • Be Fender’s point of contact for capital consolidation and reporting
  • Interact with all groups within Fender to consolidate, monitor, and influence capital spends
  • Partner with corporate consolidations for financial reporting
  • Drive process efficiencies
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management
  • Initiate, lead, and/or support special projects to reduce costs and/or improve process efficiency

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s degreepreferred or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Analyst roles
  • Strong analytical/modeling skills
  • SAP experiencepreferred/Strong Excel Skills/Hyperion
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
