It’s a chance toapply your skills andexperience to work that’s as challenging as it is rewarding.  Whether collaborating as team to deliver superior customer service or making a lasting impact with your individual accomplishments, you’ll be an essential and valuable element of our success.  We’ll make sure you receive the support, benefits and development you need to build the perfect career.We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to support our ReadyRefresh  National Teams, to be located in Stamford, CT andreport to the ReadyRefresh National Finance Manager.Keyresponsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Support MBS/GBS (Market and Global Business Strategy) for Total P&L:- Support strategic analysis andfinancial modeling including macro analytics and competitive benchmarking- Drive calendar deliverables as interface to BP&A, including R&O submission• Support Annual Plan/Budget and Dynamic Forecast process for Total P&L:- Supportfinancial modeling and lead consolidation of all processes- Drive calendar deliverables as interface to BP&A, including R&Os• Develop and support key analytics and monthlyreporting for EVP and Division CFO• Provide key business insights to the ReadyRefresh NMT onfinancial decisions andrisk analysis• Lead planning, analysis,forecasting andreporting for structural costs including, but not limited to: MOGE, FDE, Headcount and National Cost Centers• Interface to BP&A for all nationalreporting/planning/forecasting processes, including R&Os• Lead and execute select annual processes (ie-exempt employee bonus achievement, merit increases)• Providefinancial support for ReadyRefreshStrategic Initiatives• Lead M&A process andfinancial modeling for customer list acquisitions or divestitures; performcash flowvaluations and lead approval process• Support Core Financial Processes including Total P&L Management, MGR, DF, OPL and MBS• Support Zero BasedBudgeting (ZBB)reporting, analytics and performance metrics• Support NCE for ReadyRefresh Finance including Operational Master Plan (OMP) evolution and execution of Operational Reviews, Problem Solving and Standard Routines• Ensure that allfinancial processes comply with Nestle Accounting Standards and Compliance guidelines• SupportInternal and NestleAudit processes asrequired, includingInternal Control Self-Assessment process  • Support ReadyRefreshBalance Sheet Review, Analytics and Reconciliation- Support annual SKU Rationalization process for ReadyRefresh#LI-JH1


Key qualifications include:
• 8-10 years of experience in finance-specific roles required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Direct to Consumer or Consumer Packaged Goods Company required
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Strategic thought leadership – a big-picture view while executing functional requirements
• Mergers and Acquisition valuation experience required
• Strong focus in process management, experience in process improvement projects preferred
• Keen ability to concisely ascertain sometimes ambiguous objectives, conduct meaningful analysis, and transform such analysis into practical and easy-to-understand, executive-level narratives
• Strong understanding of forecasting and planning in a consumer and customer-oriented environment
• Personal and professional accountability standards that align with NWNA Aspirations & Beliefs
• High level of proficiency in Excel, Essbase, Powerpoint required’ proficiency in SAP preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and comfortable under pressure
• Outstanding organizational and follow up skills
• Previous work experience with ReadyRefresh preferred
