Job Description: Provide financial counsel and performance analysis for the US Commercial Business. Influence strategic and operational decisions. Provide Profit and Loss management, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic plans and performance analysis, using MS Excel including VBA, MS Access, and other tools for IC Field. Measure and drive customer profitability. Analyze pricing and programming changes. Manage projects for planning and design of financial reporting tools, including SAP Business Warehouse and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. Drive project management by identifying, developing, and implementing solutions. Continually evaluate and improve internal controls. Work closely with Sales and Channel Marketing to drive Commercial strategy and develop to plans to outperform the budget. Support cross functional and acquisition integration efforts.

Requirements for an Employee in this job title are:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or closely related field, with 3 years’ experience in any job title with duties involving accounting and financial analysis. In the alternative, will accept Bachelor’s degree finance / accounting and 5 years progressive experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Management experience is a plus but not required.

The position requires expertise in: SAP Business Warehouse; Oracle Hyperion Financial Management; MS Excel including VBA; Qlikview; MS Powerpoint; and project management in planning and design of financialreporting tools
