The Role:

Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a Finance Manager who will manage all finance functions and processes related to all joint venture partnerships. The Finance Manager will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and be responsible to prepare, analyze, and develop partnerships, financial reporting and processes, key metrics, and work to ultimately identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementations.


  • Analyze and interpret monthly financial results and forecasts
  • Work with operational leaders to develop the annual budget and forecasts
  • Assist partners with operational planning and processes as needed
  • Review monthly forecast to ensure accurate timing and risk analysis
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the key business drivers of the partnerships and learn to forecast each line of business
  • Prepare and analyze key metrics for corporate reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain complex financial and business dashboards to provide clear and comprehensive analysis for presentation to management
  • Partner with accounting team to manage audit requests, review and consolidate responses
  • Work with team to identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation
  • Act as team lead for process mapping of new system implementations
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis for Executive management
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned


  • Career experience must include 5 or more years in Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required, MBA a plus
  • Knowledge of Finance/Accounting/GAAP principles and strong business acumen
  • Proven track record as an effective liaison between Executive Management and Business units
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with solutions-oriented approach
  • Presents numerical data effectively, and is able to read and interpret written information
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
  • Well-organized, self-driven and directed team player with eagerness to grow
  • Experience leading projects with demonstrated ability to produce results within timelines
  • Effectively manages and motivates team members in rapidly evolving, fast-paced culture
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP or other large automated accounting system required
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and advanced skills in Excel required
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills; listens effectively, transmits information accurately, and actively seeks feedback
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required
