The Finance Manager for Ecommerce is a critical role within the LS&Co America (LSA) organization. In this role, you will report to the Finance Director, LSA Digital EcoSystem, and you will lead the financial support for the Ecommerce organization. You are the key business partner providing decision support to the Ecommerce Commercial Team leading and managing the interpretation and analysis of financial, operational and business performance results of the Ecommerce segment to deliver annual financial commitments. You will also identify opportunities and exposures and influence stakeholders on appropriate actions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Important partner providing decision support to the Ecommerce Commercial Team
  • Manage the interpretation and analysis of financial, operational and business performance results of the US O&O Ecommerce segment to achieve annual financial commitments
  • Identify opportunities and exposures, influences stakeholders on appropriate actions
  • Lead forecast and planning process for US O&O Ecommerce together with business and planning teams
  • Influence operating decisions through insightful interpretation and analysis of strategic business decisions and options for all cross functional partners (operations, merchandising, marketing)
  • Act as conduit between business marketing, brand finance and FP&A in Eugene to align on forecast/plan and efficiency on A&P spend
  • Support department decisions/budgeting through management of US Ecom Org budget
  • Drive month-end process from accurate closing of the books, reporting and business
  • Support in the management of essential balance sheet/cash flow items related to US O&O Ecom (i.e.inventory)
  • Develop and present long-term and annual financial plans supporting growth objectives of company
  • Actively lead and participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to drive attainment of financial goals
  • Lead the financial aspect of investment initiatives exclusive to the US business and support the Global finance team for Global initiatives
  • Consolidates and provides ad hoc support to LSA Digital EcoSystem performance

​Education:


  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Broad knowledge of accounting, tax and external reporting, MBA or CFA preferred

Experience:


  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A and accounting experience
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability that allows you to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic work environment
  • Experience with EssBase and HFM
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to have real business conversations with senior executives across the organization
  • Proven ability to work with all levels and departments within an organization
