  • Responsible for planning, directing, and controlling client financial information on behalf of the company.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Human Resources and Sales to drive standardization & process improvement across all planning aspects including best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor the Finance team and daily activities; responsible for staffing decisions including interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
  • Provide finance leadership during key management meetings to provide both analytical insight and drive execution.
  • Present monthly and year-to-date client financials with accompanying analysis of results.
  • Asses and enhance financial management reporting technology and processes currently in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the business.
  • Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts of the company.
  • Develop and implement meaningful and timely reporting that provides useful information to its users and highlights areas of importance.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance to keep priorities of group aligned with management’s goals.
  • Develop regular reporting and analysis, including key metrics reports, and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Lead the financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long term strategic initiatives and business plans.


  • 5-10 years of experience directing financial systems, budgets, financialreporting, financial data analysis, and auditing including 3+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity and accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to proactively and independently learn business applications, accounting systems, and reporting tools
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with competing and deadline-sensitive priorities
  • Excellent team player with an ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization, domestically and internationally
