The Finance Manager will contribute to the preparation of all quarterly and annual financial, investor and tax reports, ensuring adherence with GAAP, regulatory reporting requirements and approved policies. In addition, the successful candidate will work on implementing new accounting standards, and contribute to the establishment of new policies or policy changes in response to regulatory changes, new investment types, and new fund types. Finally, the Finance Manager will have the opportunity to work beside the investment team during deal diligence.

Responsibilities include:

· Champion all the internal financial accounting

· Financial reporting and analysis for current and prospective investments, funds, and SPVs

· Identify opportunities to develop and implement changes in current processes

· Perform financial due diligence on new investment opportunities

· Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

· CPA, with knowledge of partnership accounting, financial reporting and tax reporting

· Experience in Financial Reporting of Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and / or Real Estate Investments

· Strong financial modeling skills and experience with Quickbooks Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience

· Knowledge and understanding of private investment funds, financial reporting, and regulatory filings

· Exceptional Excel/modeling/forecasting skills are essential, as is advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Word

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy as significant responsibility will be placed on candidate from day one

· Self-motivation and strong work ethic are vital. Must maintain robust multitasking abilities, service-oriented personality, be stress resistant, and possess an intellectual curiosity with an investigative mind.
