  • Perform detailed financial analyses; develop comprehensive pro forma financial models and valuation analyses in support of potential transactions (broadly defined to encompass M&A activity as well as other strategic/financial transactions such as share repurchase, debt issuance and repayments, portfolio acquisitions, etc.)
  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate relevant findings and recommendations to senior management and executive team; assist in the preparation of Powerpoint presentations
  • Work closely with relevant line of business, accounting, tax, finance, legal, human resources, and operations to support due diligence activities
  • Participate in managing relationships with investment bankers and other outside advisors
  • Participate in cross functional projects and support ad hoc assignments for senior finance executives, as necessary


  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics; CPA and/or MBA a plus
  • At least 5 years of progressive M&A experience with Transaction Advisory (at Big 4), Investment Banking, Corporate Development and/or Private Equity
  • Solid understanding of accounting & finance concepts and best practices
  • Prior due diligence experience required, particularly financial due diligence
  • Comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies
  • High proficiency with MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to analyze and distill complex problems or large amounts of data into clear and succinct summaries
  • Ability to handle multiple, complex and competing priorities and projects, with relative autonomy and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, deliver high quality work product and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience with payment industry desired but not mandatory
