Description

JOB SUMMARY:

•Responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely information regarding the Regional office current and forecasted capital spending. The Manager is also responsible for ensuring the proper accounting of all capital expenditures. Provides support to the Design Department to facilitate the proper monitoring of counter projects.

•Responsible for TR AM reporting of financial results with particular emphasis on developing CPM and BI standard reporting for the region.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


1.Ensure Customer & Market Growth

•Monthly review of retail and net sales performance in total by brand and area.

•Responsible for the data integrity of our retail sales system. Support as necessary our third party provider Genpact on retail sales loading and analysis.

•Leverage systems and tools (SAP, BI and CPM) available for the preparation of ad-hoc analysis.

•Provide support to brands and functions on Business Intelligence and serve as power user of the "analysis tool". Provide training session to new hires on the use of BI tools "Analysis".


2.CAPEX management

•Partner and collaborate with the Design Team and Brand Directors on the preparation of the annual business unit CAPEX Plan and quarterly estimates.

•Prepare, control and report on the TR Americas capital budget (counters) and related spending for Travel Retail Americas including annual depreciation budget preparation

•Process the Construction in progress ("CIP") projects for accuracy and timeliness with the assistance of the Third Party Provider.

•Liaison with Lachen finance and Third Party Provider team to communicate project completion date and corresponding move to the fixed asset register and monitor and validate the accuracy of the Fixed Asset register

•Support the Design team on the preparation of the Appropriation Request forms

•Perform Capital Return On Investment analysis as require


3.Financial Reporting

•Support the Executive Director, Finance and Strategic planning with data analytics including Regional KPI

•Participate in the annual TR AM budgeting process; assist in the preparation of budget consolidations reports

•Prepare new product promotional and saleable tracking reports

•Prepare General Manager Market visit deck and duty free convention analytics

•Prepare various ad-hoc reporting

•Responsible for the Regional reporting of retail sales performance to "Generation"


4.Improves Business Processes

•Partner with Lachen customer service to enhance reporting transparency and visibility on the regional Destruction in Filed (DIF) and return activities.

•Support the Regional Finance Director on ensuring applicable finance policies are appropriate for the business and properly maintained

•Responsible for maintaining all the hierarchies in SAP to ensure proper reporting.

•Responsible for the preparation of the SIOP deck use on General Manager (GM) meeting with NY, Regional and Lachen colleagues.



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; MBA a plus.

•Minimum of 5 years previous work experience, preferably in an international environment.

•Mature, positive, and flexible attitude; ability to work in highly intense and rapidly changing environment; strong work ethic, innovative and self-motivated; good people skills/ability to work and communicate with others; high level of personal integrity and team player.

•Very strong computer skills. Advance Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus.

•Must possess excellent organizational skills as well as good understanding of financial reporting and sound foundation.
