In this role, you will lead an analytics team of finance and business intelligence professionals that work closely with various finance, accounting and product management teams. The role will lead a team that drives process improvements, automation of complex data analyses, scalability of financial models, and development of reporting tools that provide business insights & opportunities for the device organization.

Key responsibilities include:
· Leading, prioritizing, and coordinating team projects and deliverables
· Managing monthly team business reviews, highlighting organizational impact and cost/time savings
· Maintaining automated financial models, ad hoc analyses, and operational/business metrics
· Communicating team scope, goals, and responsibilities to internal cross-functional teams
· Managing and developing team of financial analysts and business intelligence engineers
The right candidate will possess a strong analytics background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded financial background with familiarity of database solutions/optimization, business intelligence and analytical tools. The candidate will thrive in driving cross-functional projects, working across various organizations including accounting, finance, product management, data engineering, business intelligence and data science teams. This candidate will pro-actively assess process improvement opportunities, exploring innovation and simplification of both finance and operational processes.


· BA / BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field and 7+ years of relevant Finance experience OR master's degree and 5+ years of relevant Finance experience
· People management experience


· Master’s or advanced technical degree
· Advanced SQL
· Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
· Familiarity with Reporting/Analytics tools is a plus (Tableau, Qlikview, Quicksight, Cognos)
· Financial acumen including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and related skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
