Position Summary

The Finance Manager for Asante manages the staff and processes of the Financial departments within the organization. Responsibilities include Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger, Audit, Budget and external reporting for all Asante entities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

· Bachelor's degree, specializing in accounting, finance, business administration or related field is required

· Master’s degree, preferred

Experience

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or similar function is required

· Experience in Healthcare accounting, preferred

· Experience with Infor/Lawson software, preferred

Licensure/Certifications

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by Oregon Board of Accountancy, preferred

Skills & Abilities

· Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management staff regarding various accounting issues

· Ability to work as part of the Accounting team to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

· Skills in Excel spreadsheet design

· Flexibility in arranging work schedule to meet the demands of Finance department deadlines

· Excellent interpersonal skills to represent the accounting department to the public and internal customers
