Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial aspects of our company's operations and drive the company's financial strategy, planning and reporting. The Finance Manager will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to guide strategic decision-making and ensure financial stability and growth. The Finance manager will also assist in monthly closings. Position is a hybrid work role, being in the Alpharetta corporate office 3-4 days a week.
Responsibilities:- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and drive business growth.
- Assist Controller with fixed asset disbursements and tracking/reporting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the company's financial operations.
- Prepare various monthly journal entries.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a financial management role and accounting closing processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
