  • Responsible for the product backlog for one or more scrum teams
  • Define product roadmap while focusing on team specific backlogs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and business vertical leaders across the Finance organization to shape the vision and requirements of new capabilities and features
  • Act as in internal sponsor for projects, and facilitates innovation by engaging with development and architectural leads
  • Work with internal / external customers to understand personas, use cases, and market landscape
  • Analyze metrics and reports to assess product areas of improvement and helps gain sponsorship for new projects
  • Work to identify opportunities for improvement within the product
  • Act as a product SME assisting in the Go To Market process on a "perproject" basis
  • Work with internal training teams to expand knowledge of new features and products within the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years of dedicated IT experience across multiple disciplines including at least 5 years of Finance/IT Leadership

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product owner
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
  • Ability in building relationships with broad range of constituencies, strong communication skills, and ability to develop a deep understanding of the business domains of the users involved
  • Ability to understand and adapt to an every-changing technical environment
  • Must have excellent written and oral reporting skills and capability of presenting to senior-level management
  • Knowledge of agile tools desirable
  • Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to work under deadlinepressure; diplomacy; analytic and problem solving skills
  • Experience working or managing a Go To Market or Product launch process
  • Experience with early adopters and customer testing of new features, and/or collecting feedback on "pre-release" feature
  • Experience performing customer webinars and/or internal training sessions
