Responsibilities u>Job Duties
Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis for the GolfNow business
Manage monthly variance analysis related to month/quarter end close and ensure all material variances are identified, explained and communicated, as needed
Review monthly P-Card, T&E Charges, and SNAP Invoices to ensure items are routed to correct accounts as well as appropriateness of charges
Oversee monthly KPI reporting to ensure that it is accurate and timely
Manage monthly financial review meetings with key department heads to communicate any budget variances and ensure any cost containment measures are effectively communicated
Assist with annual budget, forecast and LRP process for GolfNow
Work closely with the Revenue Team to ensure revenue forecast is accurate and communicated to all relevant parties
Provide guidance and support to GolfNow operations to ensure all financial controls and policies are adhered to
Various ad hoc analysis as needed
Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 4
Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
7+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
