Do you have the experience to join the team?

You will have responsibility for helping conduct Termination Claim Audits with the Current Termination Claim Analyst. This will include interaction with the Procurement Organization, Strategic Sourcing, Mod Centers, and Suppliers. Audits of claims use cost accounting principles to review and validate Raw Materials, Work-in-Process, and Finished Goods claims from the suppliers' documentation.

This role has some closing and planning responsibilities. You will also work with Lead Analyst to ensure all Desk Procedures are current and checklists are all encompassing. Role also involves training opportunities with the Procurement Organization.

You will lead the Pratt side of the resolution of the Inter/Intracompany Out-of-Balances. This will include working within Pratt and across other UTC BU's. Analyst will work closely with cross-functional groups on a team that will conduct root cause analysis of the issues using ACE principles, propose of the Inter/Intracompany Out-of-Balances. Analyst will work closely with cross-functional groups on a team that will conduct root cause analysis of the issues using ACE principles, propose process changes for overall solutions to eliminate the issues, ensure sustainability, and will update standard work documentation of the process changes or work with those who own the impacted standard work to ensure it is updated. Will perform and coordinate Cost Collection activities as a result of the Supplier Accountability Process. This includes investigation of the issue, collection or coordination of all costs surrounding the issue, ensuring proper documentation exists to support the costs presented. This involves working with Engineering, Quality Groups, Procurement, Legal, Mod Centers, etc. Diligence around the collection of data is critical.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience

- You are a U.S. Citizen due to the nature of the work

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong organization skills

- Proficient in ACE principles, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

- You are able to manage multiple and changing priorities, and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written across functional areas.

- You should be collaborative and an effective listener, ensuring all voices are heard and respected in a team environment.

Education: BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
