As a Global Marketing Solutions Finance & Business Operations Manager, you will deliver key insights to Facebook's sales, marketing & partnerships teams via regular executive business reviews and ad hoc analytics. You will focus on driving growth and long-term financial performance of the FB ads business by leading the annual and long-term planning processes across the 6,000+ GMS organization. You will also be accountable for increasing the efficiency of the GMS Finance & BizOps team by project managing continuous process and tooling/automation improvements, working with cross-functional partners, and exporting best practices. The role will challenge the candidate to develop broad knowledge of the many orgs across GMS and the ads business, in order to provide strategic decision support to the GMS leadership team.

The role reports into the Head of GMS Finance. In this role, you will primarily partner with the GMS leadership team, Sales Operations, & the broader Finance & BizOps organization. You can be located in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY.

Required Skills:

  1. Collecting, managing and analyzing data to define financial drivers of the business

  2. Delivering insightful reports to influence business decisions on how to manage revenue growth and profitability

  3. Leading consolidated reporting, variance analyses, and short & long-term planning processes across GMS

  4. Building tools, automating and improving processes to increasing the productivity and net impact of the broader GMS Finance & Biz Ops team

  5. Creating and maintaining centralized financial models and ad hoc analytics

  6. Driving consistency in decision-making and ROI definitions and defining/tracking the performance of disparate investments across the org

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of finance, business operations, and/or strategy consulting experience

  2. Knowledge of the P&L and top/bottom line drivers

  3. Knowledge in Excel and experience with modeling and analytics

  4. Experience in data visualization and building scalable reporting tools

  5. Structured thinking, with experience framing and solving problems

  6. Interpersonal experience with PowerPoint presentation experience

  7. Experience building relationships across all levels of an organization and presenting to anyone from executive leadership to project teams

  8. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
