Finance and Treasury Operations Analyst

Description

The Finance and Treasury Operations Analyst will execute on the capital structure strategy, cash management, foreign exchange, and interest rate management, to achieve the Company’s financial objectives.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support the capital markets’ function including management and implementation of financing strategies aimed to optimize Chubb’s capital structure and cost of capital
  • Assist in driving the transformation of the Company’s Treasury operations to ensure contemporary skills, tools, and practices
  • Build banking relationships, assist in negotiating banking transactions (credit facilities, letters of credit, derivatives including foreign exchange & interest rates, equity & debt capital markets, liquidity & cash management)
  • Contribute to financial reporting requirements
  • Assist with financial statement modelling, scenario analysis and free cash flow forecasting

The successful candidate will be an experienced financial professional with experience at an investment bank covering fixed income or global markets


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of progressive finance experience gained within investment banks or the finance department of a global financial services institution
  • Credit & collections experience
  • Experience driving modernization and transformation of Treasury tools and processes
  • Financial, business acumen, provide solutions to business programs and drive transformation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, or general business

The pay range for the role is $80,500 to $137,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
