Seeking professional field service talent to provide routine maintenance, repair, and contract specialty professional services for Fast Protein Liquid Chromatographs, High Performance Liquid Chromatographs, Bioprocess skids, Plate Readers, and Plate Washer instruments, including both field and depot services.
*** Provide on-site and in-house technical services including diagnostics, troubleshooting, installation & qualifications, training, repair, preventative maintenance and calibrations for lab equipment.
*** Communicate with customers as needed to troubleshoot, diagnose or provide repair updates.
*** Identify and communicate new sales or customer service opportunities as identified in the course of fulfilling service functions
***Travel to customer locations as required; overnight travel should be expected.
*** Prepare and lead training discussion among service team.
*** Learn new software or technology as needed to stay current and competitive.
