Field Service Representative - Clinical Diagnostic Equipment
Provide customer site service on a broad array of clinical diagnostics and life science research products, including emergency service.
*** Service electro-mechanical, electronic, optical, and robotics equipment in a pharmaceutical research or medical diagnostics instrumentation environment.
*** Maximize system uptime through proactive preventive maintenance.
*** Serve as customer advocate to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
*** Maintain company assets including parts inventory and leased vehicle.
*** Ensure service documentation consistent with FDA regulations, accurate expense reporting, and timekeeping.
*** Maintain Plateau training database and regular product update training.
