Seeking Chemical Process Engineer with 5+ years petroleum refinery experience to coordinate technical service and support related to PETROLEUM REFINERY operations, asset management, customized training, process improvement, troubleshooting, and engineering services.
Shall travel domestically and internationally providing refinery clients with "Expert" guidance on high-performance specialty materials, additives, specialty chemicals, process equipment, technologies and engineering.
*** Introduce new raw materials, products, and processes to refinery engineering, maintenance and operating teams.
***Support and drive production, quality, and cost improvement through the design of process changes involving company's technologies, materials, and engineering.
*** Drive improvement projects from concept through implementation.
*** Debug problems, establish root cause, develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
*** Significant use of statistical analysis and monitoring metrics using Distributed Control System, data historian, improvement tracking system and other data collection processes.
***Bachelors degree in chemicalengineering.
***5+ years working at a refinery or engineering firm.
*** Track record in statistical process control, statistics, and customer integration.
*** Ability to interface with cross-functional departments and coordinate professionals toward a common goal.
