Provide technical support through on-site installation, diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex capital equipment at customer locations worldwide, and manage enhancements to deployed and in-house inventory of equipment.
*** Perform on-site installation and operational verification of software surgical robotic equipment or related medical diagnostic equipment.
*** Perform on-site preventive maintenance.
*** Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment problems.
*** Ensure total customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of equipment problems.
*** Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Field Service Instructions, technical bulletins, and upgrade instructions during service calls.
*** Maintain and manage service inventory of consumables, tools, test equipment, replacement parts.
*** Ensure repair report forms are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
*** Manage expenses within established budgetary guidelines.
***Supporttrade shows and workshops.
