Supply support services to new and existing customers by installing, repairing, and maintaining Liquid Filling Equipment, Capping Systems, Container Sterilization Systems, and similar.
*** Follow departmental protocols regarding service call scheduling, parts ordering, Return Materials Authorization, service call logging, and expense reporting.
*** Complete field change orders, customer complaint handling, and instrument configuration documentation for ISO compliance.
*** Serve as single-point-of-contact for customer on technical and service related issues.
*** Interface with Sales Representatives, Customer Service, Applications & Technology, Product Support and other departments to support professional and comprehensive customer relationship management.
*** Promote and facilitate sale of system service agreements.
*** Manage spare parts trunk-stock inventory and company owned test equipment.
Liquid Filling Equipment: Level & Weight, Extended Shelf Life; and similar Filling Systems.
Capping Systems: Capping Turrets; Snap-Cap & Foil Seal; Cap Feeding & Sorting; and similar Systems
Container Rinsing & Sterilization Systems: Clean-In-Place, Steam in Place, and similar Systems.
