*** Address installation, repair, preventative maintenance, calibration, and similar customer service requests.
*** Promote service contracts, accessories, parts, upgrades, software, and similar to existing accounts.
*** Train customer base on equipment maintenance and operation.
*** Serve as subject matter expert of equipment specs and laboratory applications.
*** Liaise customer feedback to product development teams.
