Seeking individual with expert understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics who can effectively detect and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components of numerical controlled machine tools including mills, grinders, lathes, routers, drills, etc.
*** Travel regionally to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tools and controls.
*** Utilizing manuals, technical documents, and drawings to research, identify, and resolve issues with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic components.
*** Complete and submit documentation regarding machine issues, repairs, and installation.
*** Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machine tool equipment and conduct customer training.
*** 5+ years experience in CNC machine tool service including installation, maintenance, repair, and customer training.
*** Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
*** Ability to work flexible hours; frequent travel and driving throughout a regional territory are necessary.
