*** Install and integrate CMM systems including: Multi-Axis Gantries; Robotic Sensor & Probe Selectors; Motorized Digitally Controlled Articulating Probe & Stylus Systems; Thermal Compensation and Diffusion Systems; Counter Balancing Systems; Tactile Scanners; Laser Scanners; Surface Computed Tomography & X-Ray Computed Tomography Systems; Fringe Projection Technologies; Multi-Axis Simultaneous Motion Controllers; laser trackers; Roller & Air Bearings; Air Suspension Systems; CCD Cameras; 2d & 3D Digitizers; LED Lighting; Servo Motors and Micro-Gear Boxes and Drives; Lasers, Lenses, Mirrors & Mounts; Power Supplies; Digital Displays & Readouts; Programmable Controllers; Motion Controls; Signal Processors; Human Machine Interfaces; Central Processors; Specialized Software; etc.
*** Train customers on safe operation of machinery as well as standard preventative maintenance procedures.
*** Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, ladder logic programs, controllers, and electrical systems.
***5+ years of experience in the maintenance and repair of CMM systems and components.
*** Proven proficiency in the maintenance and repair of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems and electrical systems.
