Provide on-site support to customers, including installation, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, removals, and other phone support as needed for clinical diagnostic and motorized automated equipment used in pharmaceutical and biotech laboratories, including electronics, electro-mechanical devices, Megatronics, PLCs, robotics, and pneumatic components.
*** Install and service complex diagnostic laboratory instrumentation in response to scheduled and emergency customer requests and in accordance with current ISO and GMP standards.
*** Complete all service documentation in accordance with current GMP requirements.
*** Follow-up with customers who have recently been provided service to verify instrument functionality and customer satisfaction.
***Report and document all customer complaints in appropriate systems for resolution and investigation.
*** Maintain trunk stock inventory within limits established by Recommended Spare Parts List.
*** Maintain assigned calibrated test equipment and tools.
***Supportmarketing shows, exhibitions, and clinical trials.
