Field Service - Clinical Diagnostic Instruments
Seeking professional with experience servicing electro-mechanical, optical, or robotic equipment used in biomedical engineering or medical diagnostics environments.
*** Provide customer site service on all clinical diagnostic and life science research products, including emergency service.
*** Maximize system uptime through proactive preventive maintenance.
*** Serve as customer advocate to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
*** Maintain company assets, including parts inventory and leased vehicle.
*** Prepare service documentation consistent with FDA regulations and accurate expense reporting.
*** Maintain training database and participate in regular product update training.
