  • Responsibilities

    • Foster strong relationships with Defined list of Retailers
    • Training of Sales Representatives
    • Work with Sales Representatives
    • Gather market analysis and reportmarket trends of how product is perceived and sold in the market
    • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all retailers are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have the necessary product knowledge and training
    • Provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation to retailers
    • Ensuring stock levels of merchandise meets product demand
    • Support Marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in market
    • Participate in Sales Assist/Demo Days with Retailers
    • Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence
    • Provide feedback to Regional Manager on development of sales channel within their region
    • Support and Go To Market planning and promotional activities in field
    • Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs
    • Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.


  • Minimum 3 years of agency or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Wireless and Consumer electronics
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts and training sales teams
  • Ability to train large groups of people
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting exceeding performance objectives
  • Available to travel within the market.
