Due to double-digit growth, our HCM software client wants to hire a new sales representative.
Preference for experience in B2B sales into major accounts (1+ employees).
In this position, you?ll identify and cultivate new prospects from medium size business to major accounts in your business territory, strategically collaborate to sell into potential new accounts and effectively close sales.
These skills are highly desirable
?3+ years of high level business salesexperience
?Degree is sales or marketing
? Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written), including with C-level executives
? Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge
? Organized with effective time management skills
? Ability to work independently along with being a collaborative team member
? Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales plans (proven ranking charts a positive)
?Business-to-businessexperience, particularly at the executive level
