The Manager of Field Sales (MFS) is an integral part of the sales organization, responsible for directly managing Account Managers (AM) and setting goals, activities, and direction for the AMs. The MFS owns Away From Home (AFH) brewer and beverage sales for assigned customers and is responsible for delivering an annual operation plan (AOP), building an effective team, developing others, managing trade funds and training Keurig Authorized Distributor – Staples, and their sales and service teams. The MFS will work closely with all Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) departments in the development and implementation of programs and promotions to support the goals and objectives for Staples Team. The MFS must have a proven history of successfully leading teams and building collaborative partnerships with large regional or national customers.
