We Are Currently Looking For A Field Marketing Program And Campaign Manager To Join Our Team In Austin, Tx!
Responsibilities:
As The Americas Field Marketing Campaign And Program Manager, You Will Work Closely With The Product Marketing And Corporate Marketing Teams To Develop And Execute Programs And Campaigns That Drive Pipeline For The America Sales Region.
This Role Will Understand The Strategies Of Both The Americas Data Protection And Access Management Sales Teams And Ensure We Align The Field Marketing Programs So That We Are Both Acquiring Net New Leads And Nurturing Existing Leads.
Additionally, This Person Will Work With Americas Marketing Operations To Track And Report On The Roi Of The Americas Field Marketing Programs And Campaigns, As Well As The Performance Of Corporate Programs Within The Americas Region.
You Will Deliver Marketing Programs To Drive Pipeline Growth And Customer Loyalty For The Central Sales Team.
You Will Align With Sales Leadership To Understand The Market Trends In The Region And Customize Programs As Needed.
You Will Communicate Regional And Vertical Trends To The Director Of Field Marketing To Modify Overall Strategy, Messaging, And Content.
You Will Identify Other Programs Or Processes To Enable Customer Success And Support Account Expansion/ Cross-sell/ Upsell.
You Will Track Program Results, Measuring Program Success, And Reporting Metrics Via Sfdc And Present To Regional Sales And Marketing Team.
You Will Manage And Balance Regional Field Marketing Budget And Spend, And Work With Your Counterparts In Americas Field Marketing To Direct Funding Into Relevant Programs And Campaigns.
Required Skills And Experience:
We Are Looking For Someone With 5+ Years Of Experience In Marketing/business Development In A Technology-based Organization, With Specific Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Lead Generation And Lead Nurture Programs And Campaigns.
To Do This Job, You Must Have A Passion For Monitoring And Reporting On Key Metrics And Pivoting Market Plans Based On Results.
You Should Have Experience Developing Regional Plans To Support Account-based And Target Account Marketing; The Ability To Market To A Range Of B2b Buyers Using A Wide Variety Of Offers (White Papers, Case Studies, Webcasts) And Delivery Mechanisms (Emails, Call Downs, And Direct Mail); Drive To Work Directly With Sales Managers To Generate Pipeline And Grow Business; Ability To Influence Others Cross-functionally; Proven Success In Executing Demand Generation Programs To Accelerate Sales And With A Quantifiable Roi
Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Other Relevant Field Of Study
Preferred Skills:
5+ Years Of Experience With Account Based Marketing Software Such As Mrp, Techtarget Priority Engineer
5+ Years Of Experience With Salesforce And Strong Reporting Knowledge Within Salesforce
Previous Experience Within Enterprise Security Or Cybersecurity Is Preferred.
