The Field Marketing Manager, reports directly to the National Manager of Field Marketing. This role is responsible for overseeing and support consistency in marketing standards and execution throughout assigned territory. Responsible for evaluating and providing feedback to store leadership and reporting up to District and Regional Managers. This leadership role models the PGA TOUR Superstore core values of cultivating our customers and developing our associates. The position utilizes strong business acumen and retail knowledge to formulate goals, develop objectives, and improve merchandising processes. In addition, this leader will build strong relationship of support and collaboration with their assigned District Manager and the General Manager's within their territory.
