The Field Marketing Manager will play a key role as Netskope’s rapid growth continues to accelerate. Field Marketing is where the rubber meets the road. It’s the strategy and tactics of real-world person-to-person interactions, where new sales opportunities are created and strong partnerships are built. Field Marketing is the keystone in Netskope’s demand generation and brand awareness strategy, and we’re looking for an exceptional candidate who can be hands-on while developing regional marketing plans to meet sales goals. This role will support our Western sales region. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and execute marketing activities to drive sales pipeline, build channelpartnerships and strategic alliances, and strengthen customer relations
  • Work closely with sales leadership, regional sales, channel, marketing operations and corporate marketing to drive functional alignment
  • Track program results to meet and exceed targets for new leads, conversion rates, and POI/ROI
  • Manage leads collection and flow into Salesforcecampaigns, coordinate lead follow-up with SDR team
  • Responsibly manage field marketing budget

Requirements

  • 3 years field marketing experience in high-tech. Enterprise and/or IT securityexperiencepreferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Skilled in CRM (Salesforcepreferred), marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Personable, energetic self-starter

Education & Travel:

  • BS/BA in technical field or business, with MBA preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
