The successful candidate drives business results through:

  • Generating new sales pipeline by creating impactful field marketing events and programs that will appeal to HR professionals and drive qualified engagements within target accounts resulting in new and accelerating existing opportunities
  • Collaborating with account executives to ensure field events, campaigns and programs support pipeline targets while remaining aligned to corporate objectives and regional sales goals
  • Conceiving and executing event strategies, tactical plans and project management from beginning to end including all logistics, onsite execution and post event analysis
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional marketing and field sales team members
  • Measuring event and campaign effectiveness by territory and continuously evaluate for improved ROI
  • Communicating the field marketing strategy, plans, and calendar with all key stakeholders across the Betterworks organization
  • Ensuring sales team alignment with field marketing campaigns, lead processes, and visibility of field marketing’s contribution to the sales funnel
  • Developing and managing field marketing budget and expenses
  • 25%-40% travel

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in field marketing and event execution that drives leads/engagements as well as pipeline. ABM experience a plus
  • Ability to build regionals field marketing plans that tie execution and impact on pipeline back to strategy. Must have a test and learn, data-driven approach in order to drive impact and success
  • Demonstrated knowledge of event and field marketing best practices around planning, logistics and execution
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Exceptional with Salesforce and Excel. Ability to gather, report on and interpret data to inform event and campaign optimization and future decisions; Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and optimizing conversion rates while thinking strategically
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment that values results
  • Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects
  • Data-driven decision making and growth mindset
  • Creative thinker with a test and learns mentality
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build strong trusted relationships with key partners including multiple account executives
  • Past experienceworking with B2B marketing, preferably with SaaS
  • BA/BS Degree
