Job Description:

This role is responsible for implementing key marketing programs at the Advisor Practice Level. Specifically, this individual will:

- Ensure Advisors have the awareness, acumen, and support required to implement a comprehensive marketing plan for their practices

-Partner with the Business Development and Digital Wealth Management to ensure alignment with key strategic initiatives

-Communicate key prospect insights and trends, including relevant local dynamics, to ensure Advisors are maximizing impact of marketing practices plans

-Drive the implementation of key business development & referral programs

-Integrate key MLWM Segment into Advisors' marketing practices/plans

-Partner with Local Marketing strategists to raise awareness of key local programs

-Solicit on-going feedback from Advisors to help continuously improve our Advisor Marketing Resources platform

-Provide 1-1 Advisor marketing support at national forums, ie., AES, PMD Excellence, National PBIG Forums, etc.

-Manage a small team to help provide on-the-ground support across the country

-Measure impact of support against key acquisition measures -GNHs, GNAs

Qualifiactions/Desired Skills

  • 3+ years Marketing/Wealth Management experience
  • BS degree or higher or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficient in using Power Point to create concise, powerful presentations
  • Understanding of Wealth Management business
  • Knowledge of financial advisor model and sales practices
  • Knowledge of digital and social media resources
  • Experience in managing projects
