*** Manage dispatching, quoting, management, field, and customer relationships. Ensure timely completion and delivery of work order quotes.
*** Follow up and monitor urgent repairs, scheduling, and recalls.
*** Achieve gross profit objectives and utilize field knowledge to maximize profit.
*** Perform accurate labor forecasting, planning, and management to maintain proper staffing levels.
*** Coordinate technicianrecruiting, hiring, and training.
*** Assist technicians with work order issues, problems while on site, and professional development.
*** Serve as point of contact between client and company.
