Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Field Management Superintendent III to be based on a rail project in Honolulu, Hawaii. This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure of the city.


Position Description or Typical Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the construction engineering functions on a construction project to ensure adherence to all engineering construction plans and specifications.
  • Collaborates with others with the ability to make autonomous decisions guided by policies, procedures and business objectives.
  • Receives guidance and feedback from senior leaders.
  • Accountable for the results of the team or the process establishing goals and objectives and adherence to budget.
  • Responsible to manage costs and profit for project's track construction.
  • Responsible for planning logistics and scheduling station work.
  • Responsible for safety/quality/schedule/owner relations & profitability.
  • Responsible for Onsite hourly union craft staffof 15+.


Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree


Experience:

  • 8 years of relevant experience


OR

  • Demonstrated equivalent of experience and/or education.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Current OSHA 10.
  • Extensive knowledge of station and track construction techniques and requirements - Ballasted and Direct Fixation.
  • Must be capable of planning, scheduling and executing station and track construction.
