The Field Learning Manager will be charged with the ongoing development of GTT's Sales Talent. This is both a sales coaching and training role. This individual will coordinate with the Director of Sales training, subject matter experts and sales leadership to identify needs and develop training for their assigned region. In addition, they will work with Sales Professionals to identify need and create individualized learning plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identifyrecommendtraining solutions in the following areas:
  • Document and provide behavior-based feedback, verbally and in writing
  • Assist in coordination and delivery of
  • Develop and recommend tools and resources
  • Track and communicate progress
  • Report on training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience preferably in Telecom or technology
  • 3+ year of experience creating and delivering training on sales methodology in complex, multi-level, large enterprise sales
  • Strong presentation and coaching skills
  • Familiar with adult learning principles and coaching concepts; certifications preferred
  • Demonstrated record of successful collaboration with sales leaders, product managers and subject matter experts
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to travel and flexible working hours
  • Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow
  • Bachelor's degree
