The Role:

The Field Engagement Strategy Vice President will be responsible for driving and executing various strategic initiatives to help the business achieve its objectives. This individual will work closely with our Chase Wealth Management partners to implement a robust investment sales framework to support financial advisor behaviors. The role will be responsible for developing strategies that promote advisor-client engagement, enhancing available advisor resources, and overseeing the roll-out of new products and training to the CWM field. The role will offer a unique opportunity to partner closely with the J.P. Morgan Private Bank to deliver a unified approach for Wealth Management.

The optimal candidate is an energetic problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to develop effective and creative solutions to complex issues, while building strong relationships across a large organization. This Vice President will gain deep understanding of the Wealth Management and Consumer Banking businesses, including opportunities to present to senior management across functions and interact with field management and advisors.

Core Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and implementation of key strategic initiatives across Chase

· Manage projects end to end, from the planning and ideation stage all the way through execution

· Partner regularly with subject matter experts in product, marketing, communications, sales, finance, digital, and field management to refine cross-functional approach

· Develop and enhance Advisor resources for roll-out of new products

· Build out useful advisor content and drive adoption of goals-based advice initiatives

· Partner with Investment Specialists and JPMC Learning to ensure thorough training for the CWM field

· Manage communications between partners on build and rollout for new advisor initiatives

· Visibility with senior management and ownership over projects


· 3-5+ years broad business experience, preferably in the wealth management and/or consumer banking environments

· Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking, with ability to define and execute strategy across a large, organization

· Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to establish and meet timelines and multi-task on parallel deliverables

· Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and track record of high performance

· Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and leverage influence at all levels
