Under general supervision, provides support to Product Service Line (PSL) Operations and interfaces with operational and functional leadership. Coordinates on boarding, training, development and progression of field operations personnel. Monitors, evaluates and tracks performance of individuals within the new employee orientation program. Works directly with Competency Leads within PSLs and Training and Development Coordinators to ensure continuation of personnel development activities. Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree or 5-10 years of experience in field operations. Minimum of three years of experience in PSL which includes experience in applicable sub-PSL. Must be trained as a PSL competency assessor. Must possess a high level of interpersonal and presentation skills. Job role has responsibility/accountability across Product Service Line, functions within a designated defined area. Must have good leadership and organizational skills. Must have general computer knowledge. Must be able to problem solve. Must promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines. Must be able to obtain assessor status
