Train customers in all aspects of instrument maintenance, calibration, performance verifications and software qualification of chromatography instrumentation in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
*** Coordinate evaluation, purchase, and installation of new instrumentation and associated software for clients.
***Support laboratory management in writing SOPs and work instructions related to instrumentation and laboratory equipment.
*** Plan, initiate, setup, and perform instrument qualifications adhering to regulatory requirements, current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
*** Serve as single point of contact for customers regarding gas chromatography instrument related issues.
***Support repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of validated state of laboratory instrumentation under cGMP requirements.
*** Coordinate maintenance of log books, qualification records, and associated documents to comply with regulatory requirements, cGMPs and Company SOPs.
*** Maintain an inventory of parts for all instruments and equipment.
