*** Set up, troubleshoot, and run flow cytometry equipment and experiments.
*** Collaborate with sales reps in the field to deliver product line specific pre and post sale related customer support.
*** Disseminate routine scientific communication and updates on new product launches to key clients.
*** Serve as liaison between customers, Research & Development, and Product Management teams.
*** Provide market sensing mechanism, identify new opportunities, and highlight gaps in current portfolio.
*** Conduct technical and scientific presentations to a variety of audiences at industry events and client site visits.
*** Train internal commercial teams and business units.
