We need experienced Field/Call Center Site Supervisors and Trainers
You must meet the minimum requirements listed below to be considered for addition to our roster.
Please review the requirements below:
Field and/or Call Center Site Supervision:
Residential, Commercial Property, and/or Automobile Claims Supervisor/Trainers needed
7 or more years of first-party claims handling experience with 2 years in a leadership role
Insurance industry designations AIC, CPCU etc. are highly desired
Certifications like HAAG Roof Inspector and Xactimate Level 3 are highlydesired
Insurance industry estimating software proficient (Resume must designate software used)
Experienced working with major carrier software platforms (Resume must designate carrier)
Site managers must also demonstrate the following: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to represent the company and the client professionally, train and mentor assigned adjusters, evaluate and report on performance of team, review assigned team member work products for compliance with client direction, complete basic Human Resource functions at the deployed location, and guide the daily work functions of your assigned team.
