As a Federal Tax Manager, you will co-report to the Head of Tax and the Sr. Tax Manager, Provision. You will be responsible for the Company's federal tax matters including federal tax compliance, taxaudits, and tax planning and research. The position will also support the preparation of the Company's tax provision and compliance with tax receivable agreements. The position will have one direct report.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Lead the preparation and review of federal tax returns and associated workpapers
• Support the preparation of the tax provision, including the roll forward and reconciliation of tax accounts
• Respond to federal law changes and research various technical tax issues
• Manage domestic tax audits, and respond to tax-related correspondence and notices
• Support the calculation and maintenance of the Company's tax receivable agreements obligations
• Engage and align with internal and external business partners and advisors

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A wonderful attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Four or more years of corporate tax experience in industry or public accounting
• Familiarity with corporate accounting and SAP/ERP systems a plus
• Bachelor's degree, with a master's degree or law degree is preferred

The US base salary range for this position is $106,000 to $133,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
