Risk Management support for the Risk Management Division. The role is highly client facing and C-suite-level, and primarily supports the COO and the Director of the Risk Management Division (RMD). The Manager is supported by the programs team, and will oversee client relationship management, deliverables, and project financials. The role is best suited for a Manager comfortable working across multiple workstreams, with a broad interest in MC work, superlative writing skills, and very strong client presence.

Strategic Planning

� Develop and draft the enterprise-level Strategic Plan, as well as the RMD-level Strategic Plan, including visioning, goals, objectives, strategies and performance measures

� Work with a BI team to develop requirements for and implement performance metrics

� Develop programs governance documents and guidance

Human Capital Strategy

� Develop an enterprise-level competency model and skills assessment

� Provide recommendations on implementation of the competency model and skills assessment, including impacts to recruiting, retention, staffing, and training

Risk Management

� Support RMD in the development and maintenance of the programs credit policy documents, risk framework, risk rating tools and metrics; identify and deploy tools for the measurement and management of risks (including Enterprise Risk Management frameworks such as COSO and the GAO Green Book)

� Prepare an independent analysis assessing proposed risk-taking opportunities in connection with strategy development regarding the identification, assessment, and response to risk

� Develop and maintain the internal control framework and processes (based on GAO Green Book Standards); monitor and report on the status of the programs control environment

� Monitor compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and directives, including annual reviews of each division's compliance with internal controls; provide recommendations on implications to existing RMD procedures.

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GAO Green Book, OMB A-123, A-11, A-129, audit, financial management, accounting, rules and regs
  • LCAT requirements: 12 years professional experience in consulting, managing, and executing MOBIStype projects. Technical and management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (2 years experience is equivalent to one year of education)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Require minimal supervision on daily work task and moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
  • Good communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
