About the Federal Datacenter Care Program Manager
HPE Global Field Delivery is looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for a Federal Datacenter Care Program Manager. In this role, you will support a dynamic Federal customer involving projects in an HPE High Performance Computing environment.
As the Project Manager (PM), you will lead the Customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing Customer projects. In addition, you will manage the Customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell, and implement solutions to customer problems. You will be responsible for business as well as team management.
A current active Federal TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly is highly preferred. If you currently hold an active Federal security clearance of some kind, that is desirable.
If you do not currently hold a TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearance, you will be required to successfully undergo the process and attain one.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on the products we deliver and support, while gaining experience as a Federal Datacenter Care Program Manager, whichcan lead to future careers within HPE.
You will handle day-to-day operations oversight, as well as independently driving and owning all project elevations and escalations to completion. You will conduct regular face-to-face client service delivery meetings to review customer account issues, address concerns, and discuss process improvement initiatives which are in scope.
You will function as the Operational focal point between the Customer and the Service Delivery team to include installation, resource scheduling, and maintenance support issues with Customer Service Manager.You will develop documented processes and review within the service delivery team for efficiencies for compliance to this and additional projects regarding installations, hardware and software entitlements, etc..
