Based on significant organizational and processes changes anticipated by the client, lead teams that can analyze changes to affected business process, modify existing process documentation and deliver revised training to reflect these changes. Ensure the revised processes result in the desired client end-state (within prescribed timelines), while improving process efficiency/effectiveness. Ensure changes to business process are effectively communicated in modified training documentation and that revised processes are compliant with financial statement audit and other federal financial statues, policy, regulations and procedures.
Provide strategic direction on financial statement and internal control audit transformation and internal audit preparedness activities. Oversee the team, developing, maintaining and monitoring the work plans, reviewing financial issues and providing direction on strategic matters and compliance.
